Terms and Conditions

Persons entering the 2012 Ride Around The Lake must agree to the following:

I understand that cycling on public roads is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest that I am physically fit and that my bike is in a sound mechanical order prior to undertaking the event. During this event I agree to wear a cycling helmet, abide the directions of NSW Police and route marshals and ride with care and consideration of others on the road. In consideration of Lighthouse Community Care permitting me to enter and participate in the Ride Around The Lake event on Saturday 5 May 2012 and as a condition of such entry. I release Lighthouse Community Care (LCC), ABN 48 656 489 488, its servants and agents from all claims for injury, loss or damage of whatever kind I might suffer as a result of any acts or omissions whether negligent or otherwise of LCC, its servants or agents in relation to the event. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Refund Policy

Please note that requests for refunds must be received before 22nd April 2012. Cancellations will not be
accepted after this date. A $5 fee will be deducted from the entry fee to cover administration and handling
costs. Notification for cancelling an entry must be received in writing or by email.

Delivery & Time Frames

All information packs and bib numbers will be mailed out before the event.
